Track and cross-country athlete who represented the UK in the European Cross Country Grand Prix. Marathons completed include Vienna, London, Budapest and Madrid. Have run whenever I have been able whilst traveling from the heat of the Nevada Desert, wilderness of The Scottish Highlands and the ice and snow of Southern Siberia.

Marathons have inlcuded Vienna, Dublin and Belfast. Also competed in 2 Mountain Marathons in N. Ireland. Other out door pursuits include crossing the Sahara in wind powered vehicles – Transat des Sables and Expedition to Everest Base Camp.
